From a 11-hectare Grand Cru vineyard in Chouilly, this 100% Chardonnay Champagne reflects the unique chalky terroir of the Côte des Blancs. With vines averaging 45 years, it combines the 2017 harvest (67%) with a 33% Réserve Perpétuelle blend dating back to 1982. Crafted under Organic and High Environmental Value certifications, it undergoes partial malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Bottled in May 2018 with a delicate dosage of 0 g/l. Disgorged July 2025.
