J. Lassalle was founded in 1942 by Jules Lassalle in Chigny-les-Roses, in the Montagne de Reims. Today, the house is run by three generations of women under the motto “une femme, un esprit, un style” one woman, one spirit, one style producing elegant, terroir-driven Champagnes from their own Premier and Grand Cru vineyards.
