To develop the character and quality that Moët & Chandon is looking for, this wine has spent 7 years waiting in their cellars.
Notes of wild strawberry, cherries, nectarines, lemon and roasted almonds are among the aromas that the wine delivers. The flavor is rich and full in the mouth before ending with a straight, precise acidic bite that has hints of rhubarb and lemon.
Made with 14% still red wine which was added in 2016 before the second fermentation in the bottle.
