The Blanc de Blancs 2015 is a rare and elegant expression of J. Lassalle’s craftsmanship. Produced in very limited quantities, this cuvée comes exclusively from a single Premier Cru vineyard in Chigny-les-Roses, and is made from 100% Chardonnay harvested in the outstanding 2015 vintage.

Winemaking & Aging
Following traditional vinification, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and then spends several years aging on the lees before release. This slow, patient maturation brings out remarkable depth and complexity while preserving the crystalline freshness that defines great Chardonnay Champagnes. 

Tasting Profile
Brilliant pale gold in the glass with fine, persistent bubbles. The bouquet reveals aromas of white flowers, citrus zest, green apple, and chalky minerality, enriched by subtle notes of almond and brioche from extended aging. The palate is precise and vibrant, offering a beautiful balance of freshness, creamy texture, and a long, saline finish.

An exceptional Blanc de Blancs that shines as an aperitif or alongside fine cuisine. Perfect with oysters, scallops, lobster, or delicate white fish dishes, and equally compelling as a contemplative glass on its own.
