Dom Pérignon 2004 is a vintage Champagne crafted exclusively from grapes harvested in a year marked by a cool summer and a dry, sunny September. Ideal conditions for ripening. A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards, the wine underwent over eight years of aging on the lees in the cellars before its release in 2013. Upon release, it was celebrated for its vibrant freshness, elegant structure, and refined minerality, with notes of lemon zest, green apple, white flowers, and subtle almond and toast.

Since then, Dom Pérignon 2004 has evolved beautifully in the bottle. The bright citrus and floral tones have mellowed, giving way to deeper, more complex flavors of brioche, honey, dried fruit, and hazelnut. Its texture has grown creamier, and the wine now offers a more mature and harmonious expression of the vintage, while still retaining its signature elegance and precision.
