A refined Blanc de Blancs made from 100% Chardonnay from Chouilly Grand Cru. Grand Éclat 2010 shows the cuvée’s signature style: rich, mineral and expressive, shaped by long lees ageing and a restrained Extra Brut dosage. The wine offers notes of white flowers, citrus, ripe orchard fruit and a subtle buttery touch, balanced by the chalky freshness of the Côte des Blancs. Elegant, complex and versatile. Ideal with fish, seafood or delicate white meats.
