Pommery Cuvée Louise Rosé 2000 is a prestigious vintage Champagne made from 61% Chardonnay and 39% Pinot Noir, including a portion of still Pinot Noir to provide its elegant rosé hue and structural depth. The grapes come exclusively from Grand Cru vineyards in Avize, Cramant, Aÿ, and Bouzy, ensuring exceptional quality and expression of terroir.
Vinified according to the traditional méthode champenoise with prolonged lees aging, this cuvée displays remarkable precision and balance. The palate reveals complex layers of red fruit, subtle floral notes, and discreet brioche nuances, underpinned by a firm mineral structure and vibrant acidity.
